Complete Engines/Shortblocks/Longblocks

A shortblock consists of the crankcase with crankshaft, pistons and liners; a longblock adds the cylinder head and the complete valve gear. We build both on blocks that have passed crack and pressure testing, and each unit is checked again after assembly.

Complete engines are supplied ready to fit, with or without ancillaries such as starter and alternator. Most units are MAN D0836, D2066, D2676 and D2876; Scania DC09 and DC13 appear regularly.
